We weren't acknowledged once, despite the store being dead. We waited until we realised that the ignorant, customer service deficient staff members had no intention of serving us.
I know a lot of people who would love to be able to work in a computer game store and would do an excellent job at providing good customer service.
Christmas is stressful enough without getting Pretty Womaned by snobby geeks.
I was in there around 3:30 pm Christmas Eve. EB Games has friendly staff who will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an easy and affordable way to get gaming supplies.
