  A big thank you to Jo on the paint desk this afternoon, that spent a lot of time with me trying to colour match paint for kitchen cupboard side panels and giving useful information on custom made kitchen panels/doors.
  Also, on a previous visit a really helpful guy pushed my heavy trolley to my car and loaded the items into my car for me. Unfortunately I didn't think of looking for his name badge. He was on the trades desk.

  Super helpful and friendly staff. Always there to help advise and assist. I notice how well they all get along and work as a team. Bunnings halls head has the best staff!!

  When I asked a lady at the front of the gardening centre if there would be someone who could lift bags of potting mix into the car boot for me, she not only said she would but insisted on collecting them for me and wheeling the trolley out
  I did so appreciate her help and this is one reason why I enjoy Bunnings The staff are always so helpful and seem so happy to help

  Bunnings has pretty much anything you need/want at a fairly decent price, however if you need help finding something specific, good luck trying to find a team member.
  The little cafe is great, reasonably priced drinks with a variety of yummy pies, sausage rolls and toasties as well as little cakes.
  Very clean and nice to have a quick stop while your shopping.

  Ordered online for click and collect.
  Phone number not answering for 20mins total, after I kept trying at car park bay, allocated for Click and Collect.
  Then had to phone store, who had to then try and get in touch with area in store for click and collect. I then found that my order was not even started, and had to wait even longer for this to be finished.
  I could have gone in store, and shopped ,and been home quicker, than ordering via the click and collect system.
  Bloody Useless. False Advertising.
