  Cant get them on their phone as they don't answer till after 9.30..then they don't answer if they're busy after that. Sent an email...no response. Sent it again 12 hours later to get a response from the "manager" who has a bad attitude. I'll find somewhere else to bank. Maybe where customers mean something.

  After 20 years being with this bank i NEVER had the problem i faced today. Staff member treated me with total contemptfrom the moment I tried to explain the problem. The staff here automatically acusing me of yelling and blaming me for over spending even though you can NOT spend money that is NOT in your account when for no reasion your account goes from +$10 to -$138 and yet every time I made a purchase I check the account to make shure it has come out. They refuse to listen properly than accuse you of yelling when you calmly raise your voice out of frustration because all they want to do is blame there clients for a glitch in there system without even offering to look into it.
  Stay away from this branch at all cost. This is the only recommendation I can make.
  Bendigo you just lost a 20 year client not that you care about my merger amounts of money.

  No customer service over the phone. Staff do not answer the phones locally and when you call their 1300 number you will be listening to dreadful music and announcements for over an hour when I usually give up by hanging up. Complete waste of time.

  We've been with Bendigo bank for at least a decade, and the service there is always amazing.
  Tara is always very attentive and helpful, and over the years, is very nice to see same familiar faces at this branch.

  Amazing experience. A couple of months ago I went to the Bendigo Bank at Halls Head Centrum. I was recovering from a knee replacement and could just walk. So when I arrived through the sliding doors to find a huge queue I was full of dismay. However a young lady, Jo Murdoch was working her way down the long queue to verify what each customer required. When she got to us I explained that the elderly gentleman that I was with was buying my car and he needed to transfer funds into my account which had to be cleared funds before the car left my house. He had driven down from Geraldton so this was looking to be problematic.
  
  He didn’t have internet banking on his phone. Jo Murdoch said come with me and that she could help with that. Jo helped my buyer set up internet banking app via his iPhone and in 5-10 the facility was created and he was able to transfer the funds which cleared immediately in my account and enabled the happy buyer to leave with his new car.
  
  Jo demonstrated amazing patience throughout this process and was kind and very helpful, far greater than any bank staff member I have every experienced. I hope the bank appreciate what an asset Jo is in an industry which is plagued with dissatisfied customers.
